 Projects

Our current plans include the following:

• Have an annual gathering of individuals and animal-welfare groups to share information and build friendships.
  
• Use our website as a resource for animal-related topics focusing on the Big Island.
  
• Assist any group or individual wanting to offer a low-cost Microchip Clinic by providing microchips at a discounted rate (via the Hawaii Island Humane Society) and education about setting up a microchip clinic.
  
• Provide a Humane Education for our children through an interactive website that offers the children opportunities to learn about compassion, empathy and respect for all life through monthly.
  
• Offer Compassion Funds (limited and as available) for animals in need of emergency veterinary care. Our “Compassion Kitty” is available for donations at our gatherings.
